The Padi Advanced Open Water Course lets you try diving in different environments and with different equipment, teaches you new underwater skills and increases your confidence in the water. You will try out different "Adventure Dives" (glide along with the current on a "Drift Dive", explore new depths (up to 30m / 100feet) on a "Deep Dive", experience the ocean environment like never before on a "Night Dive", and more) giving you new experiences under the direct supervision of your Instructor. You will log your dives and record your new skills after completing each dive.
Get credit! Each Adventure Dive may credit toward the first dive of the corresponding PADI Specialty Diver Course. If you've already taken a specialty diver course, ask your instructor if you've earned credit for an Adventure Dive.
